HOW TO ORDER?

Use the great shopping cart in our online store for your convenience, or write a letter or send a fax or phone us to tell us the total price of your order, your name and mailing address. If you order by mail order and by CREDIT CARD, please tell us your full card number (16 digits!!) and expiry date and sign it. Confidentiality assured. Oh yes, we bill your credit card slip as "DWW Software".

Make sure that your money arrives!

Please send cash, money orders and cheques only with registered and insured letters! Make out cheques and money orders to be paid into bank accounts only!

We strongly recommend to use creditcards or banktransfer or Paypal rather than sending cheques or cash!

Owing to postal theft we do NOT recommend sending cash. All negotiable postal deliveries should be registered and insured (although this is what most likely to be stolen by the various postoffices!). DWW cannot be held responsible for any payments which are lost, stolen or otherwise undelivered by a postoffice.

Banktransfer, cheques, moneyorders or cash: We will send your order only after we will have received full payment!

Our English speaking personnel would be delighted to help you. If nobody is available or when all our lines are busy, please leave a message on the answering machine, but please speak slowly and distinctly and don't forget to tell us your name and address, the titles (video-numbers) you want to order, your credit card number and its expiry date. Please use the below check list for your order so you won't forget to tell us anything of importance about your order:
1. Tell us your full name and speak always slowly and distinctly and always spell your surname
2a. If you had ordered before and your address hasn't changed we do not need your address again since we'll have it on file. However, always tell us your ZIP Code so that we are able to confirm that you are actually YOU but not another person with accidentally having the same name as you have.
2b. If you're a new customer and/or your address has changed, please spell your full address including your Zip Code.
3. Tell us all titles you like to order. Do not tell us any text titles such as "Eva's Nightmare" etc. We need to know the complete label title of a DVD only, such as "MOVIES-250" or "DWW-381". Please note that just telling us "250" will be insufficient information because we have e.g. MOVIES-250 or FOM-250 or DWW-250 as DVDs and those three items are three completely different products with three different prices.
4. Tell us the available delivery method you want to request
5. Tell us your complete payment information. If using a credit card for your payment, make sure that you spell all 16 digits plus the expiry date since the expiry date is part of the card number.
6. Leave us an email address for contacting you (please always spell your email address). If you have no email, leave a fax number or a phone number please. However, we won't phone you back unless you request it and only if it makes sense.

What is a bank transfer? You simply go to any bank at home and ask the bank to transfer your money into our account. The bank will take the amount of money you select and will transfer the money savely to our bank account. Approx. 7 days later we'll receive your payment. If you are an EU citizen please ask your bank to use the IBAN and BIC codes. Using IBAN and BIC codes will make any money transfer within the EU very quick and cheap. Without using IBAN and BIC codes the transfer costs are steep plus the transfer takes a very long time.

CUSTOMS:

EU: There are no customs duties for EU customers since we send your goods from inside the EU - Austria (EU).

USA: There are no customs duties for USA customers because we pay your sales tax and we despatch all USA orders beginning from April 1st 2009 from L Scott Sales_DWW based in New York.

All of our products are legal in the EU and in the USA but of course most of our products have to be delivered to adults only. 

NON-EU customers and NON-USA customers, please read:

There might be customs and import taxes based at the value of your order. You are responsible for possible import duty/tax in your respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

We do not deliver to certain countries as we know for sure that our products do not comply with local laws there, for example: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, Brunei, China, ... etc. In such cases our online store will automatically respond as "we do not ship" if you attempt to order from one of those countries. Please note that, while everything that we sell is legal to sell in the U.S. and in the EU if you are an adult, we are simply unaware of all your local laws in all parts of this world and foreign governments and customs authorities can have different ideas of what is legal for adults to watch and to import (e.g. regarding nudity). We cannot accept responsibility nor do we give any refunds for any orders returned, confiscated or seized by foreign customs and all import duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure about your local laws regarding nude or semi nude depictions displayed in a video or DVD we recommend you to contact your local customs before ordering.
