Q: What type of browser is required to access the site?

A: We recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0 and Windows Media Player 7.0 or above. These browsers will enable our enhanced site to provide you with an increase in viewing speed, performance and services. 

Q: How can I get the correct browser?

A: You can download either the latest Internet Explorer off our site! Just click on the following URL's. Downloading will take just a few minutes and it's FREE!

Q: Once I download the correct browser, is there anything else I need to do?

A: YES! Please make sure that whichever browser your choose accepts cookies.  You will not be given access to any of the membership sites without having this set. 

Q: How do I set cookies to be accepted in Netscape?

A: 

1)  In the Menu Bar for Netscape Navigator click on Tools.
2)  Under the Edit heading click on Preferences.
3)  Select the Advanced Category from the pop-up window.
4)  Select Accept all Cookies Button from the pop-up window.
5)  Select the OK button for the pop-up window. 
6)  Restart the browser. 

Q: How do I set cookies to be accepted in Internet Explorer?

A: 

1)  In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2)  On the Privacy tab, move the settings slider to Low or Accept All Cookies .
3)  Click OK

Q: What are Cookies?

A: Cookies are used by Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer for user authentication and access control. If you are not accepting cookies from these membership sites, you will not be able to access the site, even if you are using the correct browser.
