  1. If you have a completely new request always open a new issue.
  2. Please do not open a new issue for the same pending request again in the false hopes that having multiple open issues with the same request would get a faster response. It would not!
  3. Always open a new issue if your old issue is already outdated and older than one month.
  4. When working on a pending/answered issue please be sure to click on the "My Questions / Issues" link to respond but DO NOT click the "Submit My New Question (Issue)" link.
  5. Make sure that you always READ our answers by opening your issues and by clicking the issues' headline.
  6. Before you use the help desk make sure you understand how our help desk works by simply reading the detailed instructions.
  7. You will always create for yourself your own user ID and password for your new help desk issue. Whatever you chose is fine, but remember it!
