The 1998 DWW Summer Event began with a catfight elimination tournament by girls dressed as familiar fantasy icons. The teacher wears black stockings, the schoolgirl has pop-socks, the Barbi is mainly pink and the punk parades leopardskin. The concept may seem bizarre but the outcome was brilliant. The rules were few, but if a girl lost a submission, she had to remove a piece of clothing, and if by doing so, she would be nude, then she would lose the fight. None wanted such humiliation. After the first two matches the losers fight for the runner-up spot (neither wants to be last!); the winners for the overall title.
